Angeles, California broke; he decided that it was
finally time to start reading and learning about
real estate.
His theory education took him four years
before finally purchasing his first investment
property with the help of a partnership, with his
family and a friend making a huge profit of $23,000
on his first deal.
Seeing the pitfalls of the business and
desiring to help his friends so that they could
achieve financial freedom he realized that there had
to be an easier way.
He realized that the main reasons that
stopped beginning investors from creating huge
profits and success were money, knowledge, and
action.
Today, considered a master, he has secured
for purchase millions of dollars in real estate for
little-to-no-money-down.
Known for his creative approach to purchasing
real estate he has secured million dollar apartment
buildings for as little as $500.00.

from being a Realtor in the state of Florida, he is
the president of his own investment firm. An
accomplished investor and author Mr. Griffin serves
as a consultant to wealth builders around the
country.
Though an author of numerous courses and
books, Mr. Griffin by himself and with partners,
continues to invest in real estate while spending a
portion of his time writing and helping others
through his work with financial success.
